LAMB ROAST TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Please note should you have no side entrance, stairs or have any kind of obstruction with your access, we need to add an additional staff member to your booking to assist the chef carrying the equipment. This will also apply to the size of the event or menu selection options.
  • Our Hog Roast Machine is 78cm wide 1.4m high and 1.4m long.
  • Photos need to be send back to us with the booking form we send you. Please send photos of the access & location to where we will be cooking. Dimension of any entry or door needs to be forward as well.
  • We require a open 3 x 4 meter space for our gazebo and machine.
  • We will arrive and need access to your venue 5 hours prior to serving time. A power source is required onsite.
  • We serve food for 1 hour long only. Should you require any additional serving times or should your event be running late this will be charged at the following rates: up to 30min @ £35 / up to 1hour @ £70.00 to be paid via cash to the staff member.
  • Serving times after 20.30pm will have a £50 late fee charge per staff member. The charge will be for staff members to find alternative transport once arriving back late from event.
  • We do not take any leftovers with us. All leftovers will be placed in bowls and dishes provided by the customer.
  • The Client need to inform us of any food allergies when making a booking.
  • We recommend having our equipment on grass. Should you require us to roast on any alternative surface; THE CLIENT will need to provide us with a SURFACE COVER ON ARRIVAL and will take on the full liability and responsibility for any damages that might occur during the event. The London Hog Roast Company will not be liable for any damages that might occur.
  • We recommend setting up close to any clear exit point once we finished roasting to avoid any disruption to your party when leaving. An assistant @ £95 will be required to assist the chef should we need to setup at the rear of a garden or marquee at any party. One staff member is not sufficient to carry all equipment safely through.
  • To secure your event you will be required to pay a deposit of £150.00. This can be paid to us via online banking or by cheque. Ten days before your event all arrangements will be confirmed and the balance payable.
  • We require 21 days notice for cancellation of any events. Cancellation after 21 days will forfeit your security deposit.
  • We can only roast outdoors with this machine.
  • Cost of £2 per mile applies 20 miles and more from KT9 2HY
  • The customer is responsible for parking costs or congestion, emissions chargers on the day of the event. Should you not have a driveway, please secure a space for us in front of your property by parking your vehicle; this will avoid any delays or disruption towards your event upon arrival.
  • The London Hog Roast Company is not responsible for any damage that may unintentionally occur should we need to access any building without an outdoor access. The clients agree to take on all responsibility & losses when we arrive.
  • By sending the booking form we send you back to us & paying your deposit you agree to all the terms above are correct and have been discussed with The London Hog Roast Company Ltd when booking.
