Each one of our Hogs is specially prepared 24 hours before your event by rubbing salt into the skin which creates that marvelous golden Crackling on your special day. We also inject the Hog with a mixture of lemon and salt water and allow time for this to be absorbed into the meat.
By doing this, the Hog will keep its natural flavor during cooking and will provide excellent Crackling and delicious, succulent meat. We take pride in cooking all our Hogs fresh on site. No precooking is done and that’s a promise!


All our meat is FREE RANGE and is supplied by our local butcher "SURREY PREMIER MEATS” which is based in Chessington Surrey London. Our local butcher is a family run retail business and has a five star food rating which is the highest you can achieve in food hygiene. Their level of service is excellent and we are proud to be working in close conjunction with and supporting our local community butcher.
