Each one of our Lambs is specially prepared 24 hours before your event by infusing the Lamb with Rosemary and Garlic and allowing this to be absorbed by the meat.

By doing this, the Lamb will keep its natural flavor and juices during cooking and will also produce a gentle, delicate hint of Rosemary and Garlic. We take pride in cooking all our Lambs fresh on site. No precooking is done and that’s a promise!


All our meat is FREE RANGE and is supplied by our local butcher "SURREY PREMIER MEATS” which is based in Chessington, Surrey, London. Our local butcher is a family run retail business and has a Five star food rating which is the highest you can achieve in food hygiene. Their level of service is excellent and we are proud to be working in close conjunction with and supporting our local community butcher.
