A lot of Surbiton gardens are reached down a side passage, so the first thing we’ll ask is how wide your gate is. Our roasting machine is 78cm wide. If it fits, we set up on the lawn and you won’t see us again until the crackling’s ready.
Smaller gardens suit a charcoal spit roast of pork loins, or a half hog for around 50. For bigger days at a club or hall in Tolworth, Berrylands, Long Ditton or Hook, we scale up to a whole hog or two machines.

Hog roasts in Surbiton: your questions
Will a hog roast machine fit down my side passage?
Our machine is 78cm wide, 1.4m high and 1.4m long. If your gate or passage is narrower, or there are steps, send us a photo. We may need an extra pair of hands, which we’ll add to the quote.
Is a charcoal roast OK with close neighbours?
Charcoal roasting does make some smoke, which we can’t avoid. If that’s a worry, a gas-roasted golden hog or gas lamb roast is the gentler option.
How much notice do you need?
A £100 deposit secures your date, and we confirm the final details ten days before. Summer weekends can fill up, so book as early as you can.
