Hog roasts in Leatherhead: your questions
Gas or charcoal lamb: what’s the difference?
Both are British free-range lamb with salt and rosemary. Charcoal adds a smokier flavour and needs an open outdoor area; gas is cleaner if you’re close to a building or marquee. Gas starts from £795, charcoal from £895.
Can you cater at a village hall?
Yes. We roast outdoors in the hall’s grounds and serve wherever suits you. We can only roast outdoors, so we need an open 4×4m space and the hall’s permission.
Do you supply plates and cutlery?
Yes: strong disposable crockery from 75p a head, biodegradable sets from 95p, or china plates, cutlery and napkins for weddings at £3.50 a head.
